Breathe

A simple #breathing in, holding your breath for a few seconds, then breathing out can help with giving you space to figure out what you #feel & to lower the intensity of the #emotion … this space allows us to get #centered … my #mindfulness this morning focused on this … essentially when we don’t have space , we have the choice to create it …. because running away or hiding from our emotions isn’t an option … they will be there!
