About

Multi-Cultural Counselling

We are a multicultural private counselling practice focused on holistic wellness and healing through feminist and trauma-centered practices.

The vision of this practice started for me at a young age, when I instinctively set myself on the path of my life’s purpose. As a result, I realized with time that I strongly value collaboration, community building, and wellness. From this perspective comes my life’s purpose of standing by others, as others stood by me along my journey. I bring this perspective to my work across various therapeutic contexts through the vehicle of counselling.

I truly live in passion and joy when I’m able to help a person gain insight, change behavior through kindness to themselves, and strive to be their best selves. We are all a work in progress, and we all need a helping hand in one way or another every now and then.

I’m thrilled to bring this service with respect and dignity to our community.
